Arrival by public transport
All public transport is free for our guests in the whole of Vorarlberg. If you are travelling to us by public transport, we will issue the guest card for you in advance. You need to take the train until the Bludenz central train station, and then board the bus 81 until the "Brand-Dorfbahn" stop.We will pick you up there.
Advance payment
Advance payment: 30 % of the total amount upon booking. Your reservation is fixed as soon as the advance payment has been received.
Equipment
In addition to crockery and cutlery, the kitchen features a ceramic hob with 4 zones, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, fully automatic coffee machine (we sell coffee beans in the larder), hand blender, Sodastream sparkling water maker, pots & pans, two cutting boards, grater, sugar basin, salt & pepper mills, kitchen towels, dishwasher tabs, and washing-up liquid. Bed linen and towels (one set per week), powerful hair dryer, soaps in the bathroom from Walde Seifen, the oldest soap works in Austria, and sufficient toilet paper.
Payment
Payment ist possible in cash, by free bank transfer or Maestro, Visa and Mastercard.
Bread roll & fridge service
We will be happy to fill up your fridge in advance should you wish to. Tell us what you need, and we will do the groceries for you. Take a look at our breakfast menu beforehand to get some inspiration.
Check-In
The chalet you booked will be available for you as of 3 pm. Should you arrive after 6 pm, please let us know by phone at +43 664 930 137 76 so we can make sure you are well taken care of even in the evening.
Check-Out
We kindly ask you to leave the chalet not later than 9.30 am and settle the bill at the check-out container the evening before, between 5 and 7 pm. You can also pay in cash.
Final cleaning
The final cleaning of 100 Euros must be paid only once.

Fire pit
Where do you get to hear the best stories? Where does it get really cosy? Exactly, around the fire – at our barbecue grill. There's enough wood right next to it. Go ahead and finish the day with a relaxing barbecue.
For cyclists
We are a bicycle-friendly business, so you will have a lockable bicycle room with a workstand and a washing station. The village cable car station is just a two-minute bicycle ride away.
Premium guest card Brandnertal
NEW from summer 2026: Even more comfort awaits you in the Brandnertal Valley! With the Premium Guest Card Brandnertal, which you receive from your first overnight stay, the mountain lifts are included in the summer. In winter, the Brandnertal mountain lifts are included for pedestrians and tobogganers, and the Schedlerhof ski area in Brand is included for skiers. You also receive all the benefits of the existing guest card, such as free travel on buses and trains throughout Vorarlberg, free entry to the region's outdoor swimming pools, a diverse activity program, and much more. The guest card is valid from your arrival day until your departure day. One entry to the Val Blu indoor swimming pool is included per stay.
Pets
Dogs are welcome upon request; we charge 20 euros per dog per night. For large dogs, we charge 25 euros per dog per night. Please inform us in advance, as dogs are allowed in two of the chalets.
Local tax
The local tax of 3,50 euros per night is not included in the price and must be paid on site for all individuals aged 14 or older.
Parking
We reserved one parking space for each chalet. The parking lot is some 30 to 50 metres from the chalet. We will be happy to transport your luggage to and from the chalet upon arrival and departure. Just let us know. If you have more than one car please ask for another possibility.
Ski depot
Get on that ski slope with your feet already warm. A ski depot with shoe dryer at Sport Bertel, located directly at the cable car station, is included in the price. Just a stone's throw away from pure ski fun.
Fun for the whole family
Families with children are more than welcome! Infants up to 2 years of age are free of charge. Should you require a baby cot, a children's chair, a change mat, or a bottle heater, just let us know when you book your stay. A small children's playground with slide, seesaw, swing, and sandbox is within sight, just 50 metres from your chalet. Our tourist destination offers a rich children's programme for families. Larder
In our larder, the "Speis", you can buy beer & wine, pasta, milk, butter, and a lot more. Just enter the number of your chalet on the list there and place the filled note in the basket with your number.
Cancellation terms
You never know what could happen, so we recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance. The following cancellation terms apply:
You can cancel free of charge without giving a reason up to 30 days before the start of your holiday. 30 days to 7 days before the start of your holiday there is a 30% cancellation fee and from 7 days until the start of your holiday 90%.
Wifi
Each chalet offers a free wifi connection. So you are free to stream whenever you want to, or listen to your Spotify playlist on the bluetooth loudspeaker in your chalet.
